Claims Management & RTW – Provide ongoing support the employer and the insurer in reviewing claims, advising on complex scenario’s and issues that arise out of workers compensation also provide an external point of contact for those claims of sensitive nature. Identify and action claims of fraudulent nature.
Wage Processing - Train staff on Workers Compensation entitlements and processing. Provide External service to employer to calculate and process wage payments on their behalf.
Early intervention - Support the employer in the Lodgement of claims on behalf of employer and review the initial stages of the claim with the insurer (7, 21 & 40 Day Reviews)
Claims Reviews - Organise and attend claims reviews with or on behalf of the employer ensuring cost of claims are in alignment with the claims current status and strategies are clearly defined therefore ensuring the progress of claims management. Provide updates from the claims reviews to all appropriate stakeholders involved in the claims management.
OH&S Assessments - Advise employers on what processes or practices are required to ensure they meet legal requirements, ability to provide software to enhance business and staff practices.
Portfolio Analysis - Ongoing reviews of the employer’s portfolio, looking at trends, concerns and opportunities. Reviewing the structure of the premium currently and ensuring further opportunities aren’t missed.
Workers Compensation Training – Organise individual or group training in all aspects of workers compensation, this service will be supported by legal experts willing to give you their insights into a complex system that will ultimately benefit your business requirements.
Project Management & Outsourcing – Employers at times need support for short period or focus on specific claims to maximise results or don’t have the internal expertise which to effectively deal with ongoing claims process i.e. wages. At Finsura we’re able to manage that process for you.
